"The balcony was on top of the kitchen, so it had kitchen smells and thus could not be enjoyed. The room was different from the booking description (the description said it had 2 double beds, but the room had 1). The breakfast was served late and we had a flight to catch"

Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sicherer Parkplatz. Auch zum Convention Center kann man zu Fuß gehen."

"Das Zimmer hatte festinstallierte Lamellen an den Fenstern, die nicht verschlossen werden konnten. Dadurch kamen manchmal die Düfte aus dem Restaurant ins Zimmer."

"Kalih Villa offers exceptional value for the price. The villa is primarily known as a restaurant, with a small villa of about half a dozen rooms. The rooms are not lavishly outfitted but they are clean and spacious and I had a lovely covered balcony where I could look out on the hills of Kigali. The food, including the daily breakfast (included in the price I paid), was outstanding and very reasonably priced. The outdoor dining area is a beautiful spot. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There were only two minor inconveniences. Once in a while the internet WiFi was a little spotty but that usually didn't last long. And as with other places in Kigali, there are mosquitoes around. I had to use a mosquito net over the bed. But all in all, it was well worth it."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit Personal und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist das angrenzende Restaurant, das nicht nur bequem erreichbar ist, sondern auch wirklich gutes und preiswertes Essen anbietet – perfekt nach einem langen Tag! Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet. Zwar konnten wir uns das Essen nicht aussuchen, aber es war immer köstlich und abwechslungsreich – oft mit frischen Früchten und Ei mit Brot oder Crêpes. Ich bin mir sicher, dass man dem Personal auch im Vorhinein Wünsche für das Frühstück mitteilen könnte und diese alles daran setzen würden dieses umzusetzen. Die Zimmer sind großräumig mit Balkon und schön eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein großartiges Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder! Für ruandische Verhältnisse liegt das Hotel und das Restaurant eher in der oberen Preisklasse. Das Zimmer war insgesamt komfortabel, allerdings gab es zwei, drei kleine Schönheitsfehler, die man mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt leicht verbessern könnte."
