Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"Great value for the money. The hotel is completely renovated with super nice rooms and facilities. Please ignore previous comments about not being completed. The entire area is beautiful. We had the pleasure to visit multiple restaurants and all of them had great food. Recommend to book them already the first night to make sure that you have a spot. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and filled up with water, drinks and snacks. Pools and beach is great with plenty of options for everyone."

The only negative aspect is that a big portion of the staff doesn’t speak English, so sometimes it can be a bit tricky to communicate, but it is always sorted out somehow. The resort is huge(you have access to all other hotels under the palladium umbrella), sometimes it can be a bit tricky to navigate. You can take out how many towels you want, so people tend to book up a lot of spots without really using them. When arriving later to the beach, it was usually difficult to find something. Recommendation would be to limit the number of towels a room can take out.

La dutxa tenia un finestral a un jardi exhuberant... ple de pols. Hi ha molts mosquits! I per controlar-los hi ha una pila de granotes que fan molt de soroll a les nits. Però no molesta.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

The room view is absolutely spectacular, making it hard to even leave the balcony, and the room itself is kept spotlessly clean and neat. I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. "Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.
