"Constantly feeling like you are trying to be kinda scammed- we booked 2 bedrooms (so 2 adjoining rooms with 2 separate room numbers originally saying to accomodate 8 people) for 4 people and we had to pay 50 usd every day for 2 extra breakfasts because we were told those were not included and they were booked only for 2 adults and 2 children. afterwards I also read that it was an issue for many. I’ve stayed in many different properties around the world and this is honestly a scam. If this was included in the price we would have paid it absolutely fine but why ask for this on top? Also booking an ocean view room and being given one on second floor with trees overshadowing the whole view was ridiculous. We were even told at the reception the ocean view means that you are direction wise positioned to the ocean, lol. I added the picture of the view. Thankful for the lovely manager that changed our room after further complaints"

"Es un petit hotel amb bona relació qualitat preu. Si no aneu esperant un resort de luxe és una molt bona opció. varem estar-hi dues nits. En general tot correcte però a destacar la amabilitat de tot el personal. Afegir que vaig tenir un petit problemilla de deshidratació i van tenir una resposta impecable, tant a nivell profesional com humana. Afegir que ens varen deixar fer el check out 3 hores més tard sense cost. Muchas gracias !!"

"The beach was right outside my balcony and beautiful. The breeze is always amazing and if you love iguana's then you’re in the right place to enjoy them. And the Peacocks are all over the place. Getting into town is super easy too and just don’t eat the ice unless you have a strong immune system. I will absolutely be coming back for more time there as I truly enjoyed my first trip to Cancun."

"People need to know this place is HUGE! You will get lost if not paying attention but I stayed in the Adult only sections as I don’t want to be around kids so it was nice not to hear screaming little monsters all around. Instead you get drunk adult monsters sometimes."

The concierges, bar staff, and buffet team were all excellent, and we really appreciated the warm introduction from the head chef. The food and drinks were very good, and our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great stay!"
