"Breakfast, was very good, so much stuff, great choice, local produce. Very quite location, ( In town). Nice pool area. Nice decor, lots of history. Helped with dinner recommendation and tour bookings."

"La amabilidad de Pedro, el responsable, es maravillosa. El desayuno de productos de la zona (queso, jamón, mermelada...) es óptimo. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas, modernas y decoradas con sumo gusto. Y el pueblo es muy tranquilo y está en una zona intermedia para visitar desde allí muchos sitios. Tiene piscina, aunque no la usamos. Y nos llevamos el aceite de oliva Cornicabra de la casa, que recientemente se llevó el primer premio de Portugal."

"Quarto muito confortável. Todo o hotel com uma decoração harmoniosa e com lindos objetos de recordação do passado. Muito interessante! Muita informação turística local. Fiquei surpresa a quantidade de lugares impressionantes para visitar a somente 10, 15 ou 20 minutos do lugar. O café da manhã “out of this world “ !! Deliciosos produtos locais e tudo com muita qualidade!! Amei os doces caseiros! Obrigada Pedro e seu irmão por serem tão prestativos e fazer desses dois dias tão aproveitáveis. Planejando ir novamente no verão !"

"The hotel has a premium location in the middle of the old city, within walking distance of all the restaurants and the harbour side. Breakfast was great, and they also catered to gluten-free options, having gluten-free bread. Great to be able to pre-order when you arrive, so you know what to expect. Quirky hotel, with the bathroom decor and shower. Wifi worked impeccably as I checked in to do an online exam via Zoom, and the connection was beautiful"

The staff were excellent - Clarice made me feel so comfortable and was happy to assist with anything. Everything was available on the doorstep due to the location and meeting good people was what made it more of an enjoyable experience."
