"The hotel has a premium location in the middle of the old city, within walking distance of all the restaurants and the harbour side. Breakfast was great, and they also catered to gluten-free options, having gluten-free bread. Great to be able to pre-order when you arrive, so you know what to expect. Quirky hotel, with the bathroom decor and shower. Wifi worked impeccably as I checked in to do an online exam via Zoom, and the connection was beautiful"
"When we checked in, the receptionist only spoke Portuguese, and he did not inform us that they would take care of parking when we parked near the P-house. It would have been nice to have that information upon arrival. Parking can be tricky as there is one P house close, but no information about pricing or when it is open (24-hour or closes overnight)"

They've asked us about our preferences and we were able to select what we would like to have for breakfast, avoiding food waste and meeting our requests, for example, lactose free milk and gluten free bread. The room was clean and comfy, the staff is really nice and polite. Excellent experience!"

"The location -walking distance to the beach was great. Peaceful atmosphere, very chill. Very well equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views from the room. Friendly staff, although it was off-season so everything was a little slow."
