"I was looking for an airbnb walking diatance from Hospital Buen Samaritano and they area an 8 min walk. I traveled because my father was at the icu and living his last days on earth. The way they accommodated me, their kindness felt like a blessing during this tough time.Their place provided me a sense of normalcy through that hardship. "The property is gorgeous, the view is wonderful, the pool is refreshing and kept clean daily by the personable, helpful, and easy-going Spencer. The AC and all appliances work great, there is hot water but it's a bit finicky to find it."

"Communication and payment ahead of arriving was bumpy. Had to beg for a receipt (proof of payment) when this should be standard business practice. Had me doubting the validity of the property management group, Ramey Sports Apartments. Multiple people involved -- WhatsApp with Al, payments to Heriberto, and host is "Gloritza", someone I never interacted with. Only accept Zelle and something called Ath movil. A bit stressful, as I wasn't entirely sure we had a real place to stay for my 6 family members. The traffic on the road can be a bit noisy, but sleeping was quiet with windows closed, and the view and patio area made it worthwhile. Apartment 101 was difficult to find -- pictures on Booking.com are all a mix of the lower level apartments (there are four), but we were under the impression that the entire lower level was our apartment for seven, with one more apartment above. That is not the case. Four apartments on level 1, and level 2 is under construction. The pictures should be distinct for each apartment being rented to make it abundantly clear what you're getting for 101, 102, etc. There was not enough dishware for 6 of us, let alone 7 the apartment sleeps. Just 4 dinner plates, 3 salad plates, 3-4 bowls, and ONE espresso cup and saucer. The only coffee machine is an espresso machine, which is fine, but with just one espresso cup and mugs too tall to fit under the drip, it made it a little tedious for morning coffee. More grill accessories are needed (like a veggie basket, trays, etc), as well as a deep pot for cooking pasta, etc. Hot water for showers is there, but difficult to find and requires patience. They should mark on shower wall where to place handle to get hot water because it's not obvious. Check-out instructions were non-existent, had to ask and got response after we'd already left. Spencer (the guy who cleaned and filled the pool daily) was immensely helpful and kind. Pay him well."
