"Location could not be better. 17th floor, view of the beach, pool, tennis courts, less than 10 minutes from the airport."

"Air conditioning thermostat resets to heat every few hours, so there is no cooling at night unless you get up every few hours to turn it on. Makes for a rough night sleep."

"TOP Ausblick, sauber, groß, nette Mitarbeiter, wir konnten eher in die Wohnung und auch late check out um 16 Uhr machen gegen Gebühr"

"Die Betten müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden, wir hatten Rückenschmerzen. Bad und Küche sollten ebenfalls renoviert werden. Die Eingangstür ließ sich schwer von innen öffnen, wenn man beide Schlösser nachts genutzt hatte. Das haben wir dann gelassen, denn es dauerte immer lange, die Tür zu öffnen mit dem oberen Schloss. Insgesamt wurden zwar optisch eine Möbel ausgetauscht, damit es schöner aussieht, aber das Grundinventar ist sehr alt. Die Küche ist zudem sehr klein ohne richtige Abstellflächen."

"Everything was great. Since we got to the apartment until we left. They left coffee and milk and bread for us even a rum sample. The apartment had everything we needed, and the fact that is in front of the beach, the view is in front of the beach is excellent. I really love it and when I go back, I will try to book again with them."

"Aquatika is a great place to stay for families with children of all ages. It has several fun pools and access to the beach. The grounds are very well kept, and we felt safe all the time. The units are old and some need a little updating. Our condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with silverware, pots, pans, dishes, etc."

"Property was clean and well maintained. Centrally located and had lots of amenities: cooler, beach chairs umbrella, bch towels etc. so that was great! They also had dominoes which is a plus. They provided snacks and other things in the fridge which was nice. Penthouse was spacious and has three bathrooms which works well esp since we had a large group. Pool was beautiful. Location was fantastic: many restaurants close by, casino across the street, close to the beach and airport! Had a light at the top of the spiral staircase which was helpful when it was late at night. Fully equipped with different appliances, pots and pans etc. Highly recommend this penthouse."
