"Esmorzar molt correcte. Molt ben situat. L’equipament de l’habitació molt bé (cafè, aigua i te, planxa, etc). Wifi molt bo. La decoració amb molt bon gust. El personal molt atent."

"Fantastic hotel in a central location, a few minutes from main square and many other points of interest. We had a lovely big room on the 4th floor (be aware though that the lift only goes to 3rd floor then you walk up last flight of stairs). As we were high up, we didn't hear any noise from street below. Great breakfast buffet, beautifully presented and kept well stocked by the staff. Room was nice and warm too. Ironing board, shoe cleaning equipment, mini fridge, room safe, large dispenser bottles of toiletries provided - all good quality. Comfy bed and we slept really well after busy days walking around Krakow."

"The location was great inthe centre of the old town and easy to walk from the hotel to main sites and attractions. friendly staff and we were able to check in early. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice."

"Excellent location in the old town, short walk to the main square and Christmas Markets, and in the other direction a short walk to the Wawel Castle. Many, many excellent restaurants and cafes around, and lots of historical attractions...too many! Breakfast is in a 16th century basement, very clean and dry, no musty smells, very cute! And the breakfast food is great, huge selection. The staff were very nice and helpful, and it was great to have them arrange our airport transfers and several guided tours beforehand. Highly recommend!"
