"It's clean, silent and warm. Good shower and bed. Close to a nice park and public infrastructure. Location was great for our specific needs, but might be challenging for those more interested in the main spots. Breakfast is average, could be cheaper. Good access to wheelchair."
"One of us os a 76 years old who uses a wheelchair. After booking the stay with a lot of advance, we visited the hotel to check if the bedrroom was accecssible enough for a person in a wheelchair to stay for 15 days. We explained the situation in the reception and asked if we could see one of their vacant rooms to confirm it fits. The receptionist was very surprised with the request, said that he could not ALLOW anyone to enter a room without checking in and told us to check the pictures in the website. Big lack of empathy and disrespect for the elderly. (Worth mentioning that the room was indeed accessible and she stayed without any problem)"
