"Great location to explore Krakow city centre and also the outlying areas. Also 5 minutes from the train station to access the salt mines etc. We wouldn't hesitate to use again when visiting Poland again. Staff were very helpfull and the facilities were ideal for us."

"The room could have been a little warmer in January (to what we are used to). I wouldn't say it was cold, but you couldn't stay in shorts and T-shirts either. It's also a matter of preference. We can't really complain, it was a very nice stay."

"Lovely hotel in perfect location, close to Old Town and other attractions. Room not so big but enough for us two,spotless clean,working air con,good shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast with great selection of goodies inc polish sausage which made my husband happy 😊 delicious bread ! Car park free of charge. I would recommend this hotel,we had good time in Krakow. We would stay again in Hotel Batory without hesitation !"
