"great location super close to everything. restaurants, convenience stores, boat tour booking, motorbike rental, everything u can think of. the view was over the bay and beautiful. loved the balcony as it felt private. reception was great since they let us keep our bags there after checkout. the room was also very clean"

"The location is perfect, in the middle of action. The outside noise was very low, the room is well isolated. We stayed in a big studio room, very big. We were so happy the entire time here(7 perfect night) 👌"

"My husband and I were delighted when we first opened the door to our room at Payapa. We booked a deluxe and it was large and ultra clean. We loved the layout of the room with a dining and lounge area. The bedroom section was spacious and a dedicated section for storing your clothes and a big mirror. The room was sunlit and looked out to a stunning view of El Nido's water and lime cliffs. The bathroom is large and very clean. Overall a simply devine accommodation and we highly recommend this hotel."

"Everything :)! It was in a great location, in the heart of everything. It had everything you would need for a holiday. Bed was very comfy and such a treat to have a bath!! Great views, and staff were very helpful. Would stay again and definitely recommend."
"There are no lifts, but staff help you carry luggage upstairs. It didn't affect our stay at all. The water wasn't very hot, but it was kind of nice considering the weather outside was very hot!"

"A very cozy and authentic room. It's one of those cases where the photos are worse than the reality. The room is clean, bright, and dry, with a wonderful balcony and a view of the bay. It's equipped with everything you need and even more: a refrigerator, a hairdryer, wine glasses, coffee and a French press, tea, a kettle. We felt right at home. I must say, we stayed here for one night, as we had another (more expensive) hotel booked afterwards, and we really regretted not staying here longer. Highly recommended."
