"The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Kiara who was very forthcoming to help out with delivery of laundry on time with short notice, rental cars and general advice. The prices were very affordable."
"The WiFi is not secure and sometimes has intermittent issues with connectivity in the 2 corner rooms outside the reception. The hotel staff arranged another room for me quickly with a stronger connection. The payment did not complete on booking.com but I received an email with a successful reservation. Later the hotel offered to send a payment link. Overall the chat via WhatsApp was very helpful and timely to resolve the payment issues."

"The hosts are very kind and quick to answer via message or help in person. One day I forgot my keys and was locked in between my room and the front door. Even though I had no phone I managed to contact them and they came immediately to rescue me. The location is outstanding. The beach is immediately in front of the door and you hear the beautiful sound of the ocean all day. Groceries can be done by foot or Motortaxi as well as ATMs. The only accomodation that is not overpriced in Zorritos!"

"The pool was pristine, very well looked after and warm! Staff were friendly, we were the only guests for most of our stay because of it being rainy season and just outside of carnival time when it was fully booked. There are a number of animals (dog, cats etc.) which are also very keen to get to know you! It's right on the beach and while you can't enter the sea as it's very choppy, it's nice to walk along. You can also sit on covered seats on the beach and watch the sun go down. Food didn't make us ill which is always a bonus. Bed was massive and shower was really powerful."
