"No entenem perquè si la habitació que has reservat ja està disponible t’han de cobrar una taxa desorbitada per entrar abans a l’habitació. Això fa que no el recomani per properes ocasions, molta gent arriba de matinada cansada. Vam demanar haviam si hi havia almenys dutxes i si no pagaves per fer early check in no et podies ni dutxar. Bastant justa l’atenció"

"The entire staff is exceptional and absolutely lovely and that includes each and every one who works at this location. The rooms are nice and the bed is very comfortable. Good breakfast buffet with a very professional host. The inner courtyard is tranquil and relaxing."

"Because we arrived early in the morning with the peru hop bus, they kindly let us book in early and have breakfast. We left early on the last day, so we would have missed that breakfast. There was a beautiful, secluded garden area to eat your breakfast if you wished, and lots did. Comfortable beds, hot showers - perfect for a few nights in Arequipa. They also had hot water and tea making in the lobby area."

"Communication throughout the stay from staff was exceptional. From the point of booking, Casa de Avila shared relevant information and were able to accommodate our needs for the two stays; broken up with a two day trek in-between.. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check-in early for a fee and swap our breakfast (we checked out early on the last day). The team helped with laundry, provided luggage storage, and organised a taxi for the airport. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable meeting all our needs. Plenty to choose from for breakfast."
