"The location and price of the room were second to none and the room itself was spacious."

"Staff were a bit difficult to get hold of during our stay. The double room we stayed in was off of a common room area with a TV, where other hostel stayers and guests of the owners would congregate loudly and/or watch TV at unsociable hours (e.g. 11pm, 5am). This disturbed us on a few occasions also because the door had windows (blurred glass) so the light came in. More hooks would be useful for hanging stuff and side table lamps would be great."

"The location of Orkko Wasi was great, very close to the plaza and easy to come and go from. Private room and bathroom were a good size and the price is very cost effective."

"Location of private rooms is just off of a small common room with tv, meaning that on multiple occasions we were woken up by guests/friends of the hostel owner, who were chatting, laughing and/or watching tv loudly while we were trying to sleep. Room was missing some basics like lamps and hooks."

"Great location, only a few minutes walk to Plaza de Armas, clean beds and hot showers, great view of the volcano from the rooftop, kitchen available for use, and very helpful staff. Highly recommended."

"The Hostel is very nice, we had a room with enough space and comfy beds. There are to bathrooms which both were clean every time and had hot water. The roof top gives a lot of space to chill and eat. You can use the kitchen which is inside and has enough stuff to cook a meal. The owner and people living there were really kind and helpful. We also could store our backpacks over the day because we left with a night bus."

"- The wals of the room are really thin so you can hear everything if you know what I mean. - we had the room next to the kitchen area so every time when someone goes into the kitchen and put the lights on the whole room is lit up"

"More like a 7.5: Clean rooms and bathrooms, hot showers , location perfect and WiFi was good. Staff was very helpful and they had a nice size kitchen and terrace."

"It would've been an 8-8.5 but the sinks were outside the kitchen and that part had no roof, when it rains you were literally getting wet while trying to clean or cook. Rooms could be bigger."

"Very cheap for a fantastic location, a great roof terrace and private room. They let us store our luggage for free which was very nice of them and the man on the desk was lovely and friendly."

"Bathrooms are quite run down and the staff don’t always man the desk so we had to wait a while to be let in."
