"One of the better and more beautiful villas I have stayed in. The villa is spacious, equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and everything was very clean. The pool and small terrace are definitely a highlight. The staff is friendly and responded very quickly to all our questions and requests. Villa is perfectly located so you don't have to drive too long to different towns, points of interest etc."

"Absolutely stunning stay in this villa, the heated swimming pool is perfect after hiking in jabel Sham, the bed is huge and mattresses are heaven. Thanks a lot to Rabiaa, the manager, with his advice on restaurants (you must try the nearby Turkish restaurant called Fawanese, best food we had in Oman so far!), teas, dates,… we even got a beautiful cat spending 2 days with us in the villa, what else could you ask for???"

"This was beyond what i was expecting. How nice to have our own little villa and private pool. Then they brought breakfast to your villa in the morning and you could eat it outside in the sun. I would definitely recommend it. Bit out in the sticks but defo worth it!"

"Villa was a bit of a distance outside of Nizwa, we knew this when booking and didnt think we would go to Nizwa as much but we did every night as its so nice. So that was our fault but just something to be aware of, about a 25 min drive, so not too bad really."
