"Fabulous location, Zeta is an amazing cook and made delicious breakfast, Mohammed the owner took us on a wonderful trip up Jabal Ahkbar and showed us the mountain terraced gardens."

"Love love love the place… so beautiful and right beside the Nizwa fort. The down side to it is the roads… the roads are very narrow and small. If you are driving it can be difficult. But there is a parking spot near the hotel. Overall its a really good place to stay. And at night the place is lively and magical ❤️"

"The building is beautiful and the position is great, walking distance from all main sites and great base for daily trips to Jebel Akhdar and Shams. Zita was a great host, always checked in, made sure we had everything we needed. She also gave us great recommendations, including visiting the Oman Across Ages Museum which turned out to be a must visit in Oman."

"It's a Riad, with all its advantages and disadvantages. The room was quite small, some people may find in unconfortable. There is no parking, the public parking of the Souq is around 500-600m from the venue"
