"The chalet is beautiful. Has a pool and kids outdoor slides. Beautiful swinging chairs and outdoor tables and chairs and trash bins and 2 indoor parkings. Liked that there was a number of extra blankets for the cold weather. Liked that there were 3 beds in the second room, with chairs that had footrest and a baby crib in master bedroom and baby chair for mealtimes."

"The person working there was not considerate. We asked for tissue rolls and he didn’t want to provide them until we insisted and he only gave us 1 although there are two toilets, until we insisted (again) to get atleast 2. We couldn’t switch off the night lights in the garden they were on timer it seems so the light was distracting at night as the curtains were not heavy enough in the sitting area to block the lights and the bedroom doors have glass so the light cane through. Also as soon as it rained the guy came and removed all the cushions and it felt like he was on the property without asking so the privacy wasn’t the best. Master bedroom was so small"

"The house keeper/labour’s behavior was a bit strange, every morning when it rained he just popped in the premises and put away the outdoor cushions (kind of intruding our privacy) and after he finished his tasks he just stayed and expected for something… you know what I mean. That is totally unacceptable behavior."
