"Clean, quiet and comfortable, well situated for touring around Jebel Akhdar. Lovely outside space and outdoor kitchen area, perfect for managing during Ramadan. Very responsive host, allowed early check in which was great. 1 minute drive to sevwral good local restaurants and shops."

"A really great stay! I know some other reviews mentioned bugs, but I had none at all. It was really charming, a lovely peaceful courtyard with a simple outdoor kitchen. Rooms were well sized and well decorated. It had our strongest WiFi in Oman and it was a really peaceful stay."

"The outside kitchen is fine for warm weather, but in January, by 10 degrees at night, you can not cook your coffee or tea outside. I will recommend a small table to be put in the room with a water cooked, cups and coffee & tea."

"The house is conveniently located and there are shops nearby for u to get groceries, not far from several nice view point at Jabal Akhdar. The caretaker stays next door. Even though he didn't speak English but he tried his best to communicate and gave us his contact number if there is any problem."

"sehr großzügige Ferienwohnung, nett eingerichtet, zwei schöne Balkone (einer mit Morgensonne), bequemes Bett, der von der Unterkunft empfohlene Fahrer/Guide war super nett und zuverlässig Anmerkung: wenn man ohne eigenes Auto anreist, ist in dem weitläufigen Ort alles (Restaurant, Fußweg, Café, Sunset view point) 15-20 Minuten Fußweg vom Guesthouse entfernt. Alles easy machbar."

"The place was cozy, spacious, good location, and surrounded by trees and nature. There are restaurants, supermarket, and shops near. There was a festival very close, we spent good time there watching the the show and shopping local products."

"Mosquitoes was the only issue, rest everything was great. Whatever repellent creams you apply or close the doors, still the mosquitoes manage to enter the house and bite."
