"The smell of cleaning chemicals and the global environment of the motel. Not bad, but not cosy. You need to know also that some rooms are very close to the road and the motel close to the airport. That said the room are very well soundproofed, so it's not a major issue."

"We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay here - very tidy and clean, comfortable beds. Laundry facilities for a small fee. Quiet sleeping, near the airport but no disturbance overnight. Such friendly hosts, making us feel at home. Great location to the stunning beach, fun activities (go carts, water bumper boats etc), Nelson city a good walk (about 6kms). Cafes, bars and restaurants just a short walk away (1km). Very happy to come and stay here next time we are in Nelson."
