"Incredible service from the general manager and staff were always helpful. Helped organise transfers and further accomodation going above and beyond, truely improving our overall holiday being able to be comfortable as well as offering laundry service as we were attending functions. Great location and plenty to do and see via walking or free shuttle services. Thank you again"

Everything about this hotel was exceptional — the rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the lakeside area. What really stood out was the staff — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my travel needs. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt genuinely cared for. Hotel Landmark made me feel at home, and I can’t thank them enough for making my trip so special.
