"The room was very clean and smelled really nice. In general the staff is very gentle and the hotel is very quiet. There is a big supermarket nearby and also a lot of restaurants or street food points."

"The position, even though it's surrounded by tram and bus stops is a little bit too far from the center (35-40, minutes average) and requires almost every time a change at some point."

"The staff is friendly, (except one younger boy, didnt even say hi to me which i find it rude) they helped us a lot about bus train etc. The room was cozy, warm, the bed was soo comfortable. It was definitely worth the money even tho its a bit far from the city center but you have bus right in front of the hotel every 5-10 mins so it wasnt a problem for us. It is a quiet neighborhood, you have markets, places to eat, everything is near the hotel. Amsterdam is soo beautiful and there are so much things to do! We had a really great time"

"Cleaning. They “cleaned” our room once(we were 5 nights there) but they didnt even change the bed sheets. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned they didn’t even touch anything. They just brought a new towels and didn’t get the dirty ones we used. The rooms should be cleaned way more better!"
