"Location was brilliant, staff arranged some birthday decorations which was a nice surprise. Great relaxed atmosphere in the bar and a lovely canal view. Also loved the hotel cat!"

"There was a large orange splatter stain on the wall which looked like it had been there for some time, the luggage stand was also dirty with a crusty stain. Could probably do with swapping out, and a lick of paint for the wall."

"On the last day, I left 2 valuable rings in the room. The staff were able to locate the rings and return them to me."
