"Really remote and peaceful. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful, having dinner and breakfast on hand to save the hassle of doing it yourself after a long journey. They are used to travellers stopping over and can anticipate travellers needs. The route guidance to Sossusvlei was excellent and we felt confident in travelling around. Thank you both very much."

"We had an amazing stay at this property. The owners are super kind and super available for help and tips. We arrived with a flat tyre and they immediately helped us to fix it. They gave us great suggestions for the road to do the next day and they also helped us with the braai (bbq). A quiet oasis in the nature. Nice rooms, clean and simple but with all the necessities."

"Breakfast was yummy and it was just perfect. Everything was just so nice, our evening just sitting in the dark on the verandah was soul renewing. One made the moments last. Lovely comfy beds and was dark and cool. The family was so welcoming and felt like we were part of them."

"The owners, hot showers, hospitality, views, calmness, a kitchen to prepare your food and the garden with many trees on which are hanging fruits such as oranges and others. And a small round pool ( we didn't use it though) It's an Oasis in the desert to look at. If you are driving especially at nighttime, It's quite remote and easy to miss, but the owner is a gentleman as he was waiting for us at the roadside. I don't know how long he waited but must have been a while. Shortly after we arrived, I realised that we had a punctured tyre, we decided to change it next morning, come next morning the car was lying flat on two punctured tyres ( remember don't rent a car with Avis they give you bad tyres it's known around here ) the owner helped repair a total of 3 punctures, otherwise who knows how long I had been stuck. Thanks to the gentleman."

"This place is located in a farm and was a nice experience. We had a lots of issues on the day of the check-in, but the owner waited for us and gave us some hints on what to expect on the road (Thank you Christel). Kitchen is very functional with good appliances and all in very good condition. The room has space with a living room side and a bedroom on the other side. Everything is off-grid, but everything works. And you will see a sky with so many stars that you will never forget:"

"Die Gastgeber Frauke und Theo sind sehr fteundlich , offen und hilfsbereit. Sie stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles Nötige da und wenn etwas fehlt, kann man Frauke oder Theo ansprechen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und es ist ruhig. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit lieben Gastgebern."
