"The property is convenient and close to city centre. The swimming pool with water slide was fun and a great addition. Staff were kind and attentive."
"Our room did not have any shampoo. We had to follow up after calling room service the first time. The water came out dirt colour but cleared out after a long time. Our garden room (second floor) was not very sound proof. I also expected a mini fridge but there were none in our room. Conversations can be heard from the garden and sounds of service staff’s cart from our room. We ordered breakfast from the restaurant’s menu. There were a lot of options however the eggs Benedict did not come as advertised, or was not the traditional kind as expected. The plate and bread was completely soaked with sauce and became too much and very heavy. The menu advertised cherry tomatoes but we got regular sliced tomatoes that were not fresh."
