"Well located, within walking distance to central area, with lots of shops and restaurants. You can rent bikes and it's be best way to move around and get to the beach, especially because of traffic and limited parking spaces in the beach area. We had a great room, very nicely decorated and comfortable overall. The staff were friendly and helped with a lot of recommendations. No breakfast served, but there is an area by the pool where you can eat in the courtyard."

"The room was right next to the water pump for the pool, and because the room is not fully insulated we could hear everything from the courtyard + the engine of the water pump going off roughly every 10 minutes. Including in the night."

"It is a cosy place at the end of Tulum✨️ only a few walking minutes away from the centre 😀 The bungalow was nice equipped, outside you can enjoy a rest in a wonderful garden surrounded by plants 🪴 or cool down in the pool. The best is the stuff 👌 very helpful and friendly 😍 Definitely a really nice place to stay."

"The garden area is very pretty and fits in with tulum’s general jungle feel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me advice on how to use my time whilst staying in Tulum and how to get around which I really appreciated and showed me how to use the fan etc in the hotel room. I feel they went above and beyond for what hotel staff normally do. Felt very safe in the hotel too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it is very reasonably priced"

"A fantastic boutique hotel set in an Oasis setting. We had the President suit with a rooftop pool which was quite cool. Very spacious suite and super value for money. No breakfast served but 2 minutes across the road from the hotel you have the most amazing SUPER supermarket. A kilometre from Tulum Bus Stn..plenty of restaurants and cafes very close to hotel. 7-11 and Oxxo next door. What’s his name?Staff at reception were super helpful, welcoming and so kind. 200 pesos to Tulum beach in a taxi 150 pesos to Tulum Ruins in a taxi Taxis are waiting across the road from the supermarket."
