"Charming! We had the opportunity to stay at the hotel with our several-year-old son in the second half of January 2026. The hotel features a very interesting design, and every detail makes the stay truly special. A big advantage is its intimate atmosphere, as the entire hotel has only a dozen or so rooms. If someone values peace and quiet and loves staying surrounded by nature, they should definitely choose this hotel. Cleanliness deserves special mention — both in the rooms and around the hotel itself. A huge plus and our thanks to the staff for their customer-oriented approach. There was a small discrepancy in the reservation amount, and the staff resolved it in our favor. Thank you, and we highly recommend this hotel!"

"Wonderful quiet hotel, excellent, tasty and very fresh breakfast served by very nice staff. Beautiful very clean beach with more than enough shadow. Comfy places on the beach. The rooms are highly original in design and layout. We were on the top floor and felt like in a tree house. Very nice and helpful staff with a proactive attitude. Seem to enjoy their jobs."

"Beautiful jungle style, stunning private beach & great location. The staff were so friendly, very polite & helpful. The breakfast was excellent every day. We had a stunning view of the beach & sea from our room, woke up to a sunrise every morning. Very quiet part of the hotel area aswel but within walking distance to the restaurants & bars."

"The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños."

"We miss absolutely everything about Suenos!! It was so peaceful despite it's location, and we got an extra upgrade which was so lovely. The grounds were beautifully done and so well kept, including the beach. The staff were incredible, seeming to know what you wanted before you did! They were very attentive without being intrusive. Guillermo in particular was amazing (and happens to make the BEST margaritas!). The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and well maintained. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing luxurious stay in Tulum."

"The whole area is extremely expensive so the hotel was inkeepng with this compared to most destinations, but you didn't feel like the staff were pushing to sell you more or force a tip unlike the local restaurants and bars"

"We loved everything about Suenos Tulum. The intimate size of the resort was perfect for us, the staff was incredible, and the food was amazing. The facilities are wonderful, from the rooms to the yoga "tree house" to the pool and beach, and the nightly campfire for guests. We almost did not leave the property during our stay despite the tours we had scheduled! (although doing the tours of the ruins, swimming in the cenotes, and snorkeling with the turtles are all must do's!)"
