"Very easy to arrive to the center, clean and friendly staff!! it's the 4th time I'm staying at this hotel and I feel that it's an autectic Mongolian experience! Not the normal turistic hotel :-)"

"Every staff were very kind and friendly. I had a small issue with the payment but they helped me to solve it! Not everyone speaks english but not a problem. Hot water worked well, toilet was also clean. Perfect location, reasonable price for short stay."

"Директор отеля менял валюту на тугрики, в воскресенье все банки были закрыты , искали 2 часа где обменять, в отеле обменяли! Это супер!"

"Отель замечательный, есть всё необходимое, довольно удобные номера, входит завтрак. Удобно расположен, в пешей доступности вокзал и центр города, рядом магазины, рестораны и остановки автобусов. Самое прекрасное, что заселяют даже с утра!"
"Персонал на завтраке, умудряющийся не понять за 5 объяснений, что нужен чай, а не кофе, забывающий в обязательном порядке что-нибудь принести (приборы или булочки, например). А ещё не понравилось, что в завтраках часто очень много лука, это явно лишнее."
