"Great value for money, was very clean, and the owner was super nice. There are cafes in a short walk distance. There is no air conditioner in the room, and the beds were a bit firm. However we visited in July, and slept very, very well, so was not an issue at all! There is a big TV with many channels and a good coffee machine in the common room. Please note that they"

"The room is new, nice carpet and a comfy bed. Everything is clean. The common living area is a great place. Lots of room for not so many people. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. Shared bathroom has a good shower and is clean. We could use the washing machine in the common area free of charge. Compared to other guesthouses in Ulaanbaatar we stayed in, the standard is high here, for a good price."
