El Riad Louaya està ubicat al barri animat de la medina de Marràqueix, a 10 minuts a peu de la plaça de Jamaâ El Fna. Ofereix un entorn càlid i un disseny interior ben cuidat a prop del districte de Dar El Bacha. El Riad està ubicat en una casa amb extremadament de caràcter que ofereix un ambient casolà i 5 nius acollidors repartides en 2 plantes. Les cambres són acollidores i tenen una ambient interior tradicional. El saló tradicional B´Hou ofereix accés a un pati preciós amb tarongers i mandariners. Està decorat amb una font de marbre i fusteria marroquina de qualitat. La terrassa del terrat ofereix unes vistes espectaculars a la medina i és un lloc confortós on gaudir d'esmorzars i sopars marroquins. A més, disposa d'un saló amb ombra ideal per gaudir d'un te a la menta. Des del Riad Louaya podreu accedir a peu als socs i al Museu de Marràqueix, ubicats a 300 m, passant per l'antic carrer dels comerciants.

"Riad Louaya was our first place to stay in Marocco and we have loved it! We took the bus from the Airport and walked there. It is incredible quiet even though it is cery central for exploring Marrakesch. We had help with our luggage and even got a tea when we arrived. Breakfast was very good and the room was lovely! Thank you very much:)"

"L'habitació era molt confortable, neta i amb encant. El propietari molt atent, i l'edifici molt autèntic. El menjar molt correcte. La ubicació per nosaltres va ser molt bona pq buscàvem un allotjament al costat del Palmeral en un poblet petit. És l'únic allotjament en un poblet de 300hab. Si vols et fan una visita guiada pel Palmeral, amb un cost adicional."
