"Hi ha moltes escales, amb pendent i d’esgraons molt alts, per persones amb dificil mobilitat o mobilitat reduida pot ser un problema. Tot i això el personal sempre encantat de tranportar les maletes inclús fins al parking fora del riad."

"Mohammed was an exceptional host - truly a gem. He took so much time to share his knowledge of Fes and recommend the best places to visit. He even called the tour company we had booked with to confirm all the details. When we had to leave very early in the morning, he went above and beyond by preparing a packed breakfast for us and taking us all the way to the pickup spot to make sure we found it without any issues. His kindness, generosity, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!"

"The staff were really outstanding and so so helpful, from helping with bags to local knowledge and advice. Particular shout out to Mehdi who introduced us to a map App that didn't need a mobile signal or wifi. Without that I think we would have got very lost! The building was also impressive, and steeped in history."
