"We were very unlucky with the winter weather. We think this place is a 10/10 in good season. For winter it is a little cold (as we found most places in Morocco). The closest restaurants are in Essaouira. It would help to have a signal on the road for the turn off, especially when arriving in the dark."

"Honestly flawless. The hosts are incredible and work so hard to create a little slice of paradise only 15 minutes away from Essaouria. This was the perfect place for me to relax, work and study for my exams. The only small thing I would say, it would have been good to know that there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance and no food (except breakfast) served, so make sure if you don't have a car, that you bring some food with you for the first day!"

"10/10 Everything was spot on. It had all the finished touches. Breakfast was yummy and different both mornings, cooked fresh. I recommend renting a car, they can sort that for you as well. Great communication which is key, they were so helpful. Cosy, authentic experience. I will be returning again this year for sure"

"Wonderfull location! Beautifull gorge with river and palm trees in the middle of the desert. And the people were very kind! We stayed in de rustic little building with paintings on the walls and doors. At night there is no electricity, so they light a fire and use candles."
