Aquest establiment gaudeix d'una ubicació fantàstica al centre de Fes, granment als voltants de Grand Avenue, el conservatori de Música i l'església de Fes. Les suites tenen una ambientació d'estil marroquí i cada una té una consergeriaitat pròpia, dissenyada segons les diferents regions del Marroc. Les nius benvolents estan situades al voltant d'un pati de llums que dóna a un pati agradable fet de marbre i rajoles, on hi ha flors i fonts. Hi ha 3 salons marroquins grans, on podreu prendre un te o menjar mentre gaudiu de música d'arreu del món. Igualment podreu delectar-se amb la terrassa amb perspectiva sobre Fes.

"The owner of this property and Riad Mimosa is undoubtedly one of the most generous people I have met - he and the staff are extraordinarily attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay in Fès comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable. As I was travelling alone for most of my stay in Fès, this was deeply appreciated. The premises are incredibly clean and charming. I 100% recommend either Dar Aliane or Riad Mimosa."

"We only stayed here for one quick night, and we were the only guest. We checked out early the next day so can not attest to breakfast. The staff were very kind and made sure we were well taken care of. The air conditioning worked amazing!"

"Das Hotel war sehr sauber, täglich wurde das Zimmer erneut perfekt gereinigt. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr netter Service. Wir waren im Dezember da, und es war sehr kühl. Die Klimaanlage hat aber prima für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt. Auf Wunsch bekamen wir sogar unser Frühstück auf unser Zimmer. Die Lage ist etwa 15 Autominuten von der Medina entfernt."

"salle de bain une tablette pour poser ses produits un porte manteau en plus , un verre à dents, des petits détails à revoir chambre une bouilloire serait très utile ainsi qu'un petit réfrigérateur et 2 verres, voir une bouteille d'eau en arrivant la réparation d'un porte manteau, il n'y a que la chaine france 24 qui fonctionne en francais tv5 monde serait apprécié"
