L'estructura hotelera disposa de 98 unitats d'habitatge confortóss i ben equipades. Totes presenten una ornat exòtica d'estil marroquí i disposen de balcó amb horitzó sobre el jardí, la Medina o la safareig. A més, inclou 7 suites decorades amb un estil tendència i que estan equipades amb TV per satèl·lit, aire condicionat i bany privat. L'Atlas Orient està envoltat de jardins i palmeres i ofereix una alberca exterior gran amb gandules i para-sols. Al costat de la ehammam i saunai de bany se serveixen pizzes i aperitius.
