"Vētrasputns is such a lovely spot - it 100% feels like home! The staff is extremely friendly and considerate, they showed us around and made delicious dinner and breakfast. Also, my boyfriend is celiac, so they adjusted the meals accordingly, which we appreciated a lot. Thank you for everything - it's been a pleasure and we would definitely come back!"

"Overall the hotel is good. Clean and cozy, good room and bathroom size, comfortable bedding. Very quiet, I have slept very well. Air-conditioner and TV with good choice of entertainment is a plus. Breakfast was basic, but everything needed was there."

"Well, totally different experience from Riga! This place is AWESOME as the staff. The lady who hosted us did a great and PERFECT job. We place is very well located, alogside the road, close to supermarkets and the castle ruins. The city centre can be acessed by a footpath uphill from the hotel on a pleasant walk. Bedrooms alright, very clean and organized with no problems at all. We liked so much, that we spent more time that we intended on the next city in a Wine Festival in Sabile that we decided to go back and stay one more night and with only 10 Euros more, they gave us an apartment with living room and kitchen. I wuosl easily go back and refer here. One of the best places on the trip! The city is not big and have not that much to visit but satying here, made everything much better and pleasant! And parking is right besides the hotel as well with plenty space and easy to use and access!"

"Cozy small hotel in a central part of Sigulda. It is an authentic old house with nicely decorated rooms, staircase and corridors. The lady in reception was very kind and explained everything, showed us where to find fridge, how to make tea or coffee. We also found soap, shower gel, several fresh towels. There is a parking a lot for a few cars in the inner yard of the hotel. In general, everything you need for a short comfortable stay."
