"Staff woke us up early for the turtle hatching release on the beach outside our bungalow - a magical experience. Food was good and staff were friendly. Amazing location on the beach (even though getting here takes a while) Rooms were decent although our ceiling fan was really weak so it got very hot at night. Would definitely stay here again"

"L'espai és preciós, la remodelació de les habitacions està feta amb molt de gust i conservant l'essència d'una casa d'una zona rural muntanyosa. L'habitació espaiosa. És tal i com s'ensenya a Booking. Constava de : zona de dormir + una zona de sala d'estar+ un bany, i una zona exterior amb una taula i dos cadires. El tracte també ha estat perfecte."

No hi ha res que m'hagi desagradat, però per dir una cosa, m'agradaria haver tingut una miqueta més de llum a l'habitació, tant sols un llum auxiliar per una estona de lectura.

"Habitacions correctes. Amb zona de spa (inclòs en el preu) amb sauna suau, sauna finlandesa, hammam i zona de relax. Esmorzar casolà, molt bo i complet. En mig del bosc, molt agradable i tranquil. A 10 minuts en cotxe del telecadira als llacs de Rila. Personal molt amable. Tenen restaurant (s'hi pot dinar i sopar)"

"El millor ha estat el bon tracte del personal. El gerent, Ratne, és una persona excelent i tracta de ser molt just amb els clients. Qualsevol dubte i consulta la pot respondre o fa el possible per ajudarte. No hem hagut de planificar cap excursió, ell ho organitzava tot. L'esmorzar ha estat molt bò. La ubicació és excelent."

La caseta/habitació necessita una mica més de cura en la llimpiesa.

"Nalazi se na savrsenom mestu sa jako lepom plazom. Bungalovi su skromni ali ok. Postoji opcija klime ali mora ranije da se najavi! Hrana je izvrsna, imaju jako zanimljive izlete po ok cenama. Odlazak na kornjace ne treba propustiti!!! Osoblje je sjajno."

"Molt bona ubicació. Davant del llac i prop d'Inari. Ideal pel relax i per fer rutes de senderisme properes. La cabanya en sí ens ha encantat i els voltants també. El personal és amable, la noia de recepció del primer dia ens va informar molt bé dels voltants. Repetiríem sens dubte!"

Els únics punts negatius són: 1.- La pica del lavabo és molt petita i just a sobre hi ha l'armari que no et permet rentar-te amb comoditat. Podrien ficar una pica més gran perquè hi ha prou espai. 2.- A sobre la cuina hi faltaria una llum més per poder cuinar i rentar bé els plats a l'aigüera.

La climatització durant el dia, però amb un jersei s’arregla bastant. Tot i que em van donar moltes facilitats per rentar la roba, no estaria de més ficar una rentadora i secadora sols per als clients

Het eten en drinken. Er was veel niet aanwezig van wat er op de kaart stond. Zowel van het eten als het drinken. Dat mag niet mogelijk zijn voor de prijs die je betaalt.

"Very comfortable room, although close to main road no significant road noise. Lovely setting at edge of town with immediate access for cycle or walking in fields behind. Staff very helpful and food good value for hotel facilities. Ample breakfast included too. They offer excursions but we did not try due to lack of time. Hotel arranged transfer to airport which was perfect."

"The huts are amazing, great location max. 3 minutes from the slope if you stay in the furthest one. They’re clean and warm, have all the things you need to cook a pretty decent dinner for a couple of people and there’s even sponges and dish soap at the property. The huts are very warm and they stay that way during the night so you won’t be cold. The owner is great and is quick to offer whatever help you need. It’s a quiet place without many people going through and you can’t hear anything going on in the other houses. The WiFi is very good and each hut has its own router."

The towels provided are every small (basically hand towels) - that’s not bad really but it’d be nice if that information was provided. Kind of no place to put your skis and snowboards except on the small terrace - unless you’d like them in your bedroom - but that’s not a big problem.

"Perfect location, next to ski slope. Amazing place for skiers/ snowboarders, however you can reach it only directly from slope (but it makes stay even better) we could leave backpakcs at reception, and ski until checking. Stuff is very friendly and helpful."
