"The people were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a free lift into town and back and answered all of our questions. The setting is beautiful next to the water with a lovely log cabin. I'd definitely stay again, especially in summer as it's a great alternative to Ciudad del Este."

It can be a bit cold if the weather isn't good.

Practically next door to the historic Planters Club. Ron the owner is really kind and at the beginning drove me around to show me what I could do in Savusavu. I had a wonderful stay"

Sometimes it can get a bit noisy if the early morning ferry leaves for Suva a couple of times a week. I stayed in the front facing g the ocean. Maybe it was quieter at the back? But really there were no complaints

"It is a unique carribean cottage, which is a little gem. It is a five minute walk to a lovely beach. We cooked in as the kitchen had everything one required. We had our meal out on the verandah next to the kitchen and watched the sunset. Sabina is a wonderful hostess. When we arrived she tried to book as into a restaurant but it was full so she took us to the local supermarket to ensure we would have a good meal. Keith was also really helpful and a great guy. We wished we had booked it for longer."

"This place is simply amazing, what stands out is the attention to detail and the magical garden with pool. Highly recommend it for you nature lovers. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There is plenty of parking space, a bakery and exquisite french restaurant just around the corner. Pro tip: watch your step when going to the pool, turtles are sometimes patroling the area."

"Simple and wonderfully personal. Great little cottage with stunning views of the Atiu forests and genuinely friendly help from the proprietor. Everything worked like it should. Great stay, sad to leave."

Everything was terrific - can't think of much to add!

"In general, we liked the experience. Especially because the sea and the beach are so close. The staff is nice and collaborative. The place is simple but fine for that price."

It's a very good location. However, due to the fracture of the former vacation place now obviously shared by different owners, the surrounding area has a bit sad appearance. The canteen on the territory does not provide quality food but there are many restaurants to choose nearby.

"L'espai és preciós, la remodelació de les habitacions està feta amb molt de gust i conservant l'essència d'una casa d'una zona rural muntanyosa. L'habitació espaiosa. És tal i com s'ensenya a Booking. Constava de : zona de dormir + una zona de sala d'estar+ un bany, i una zona exterior amb una taula i dos cadires. El tracte també ha estat perfecte."

No hi ha res que m'hagi desagradat, però per dir una cosa, m'agradaria haver tingut una miqueta més de llum a l'habitació, tant sols un llum auxiliar per una estona de lectura.

"Everything was perfect. The place was just so beautiful. Very modern and clean. I loved the interior design a lot. The kitchen was full equipped and they gave us towels for the beach as well. The distance to the city center and the beaches were no longer than 25 min. Ana and her daughter were super kind and very nice. They even let us store our language because we had a flight in the afternoon. We could have used the shower as well. All in all we loved our stay and hope to come back again 😊"

Only thing that was missing was a place to dry the clothes (for example a drying rack). Besides that there was absolutely nothing negative!

"Milos and Klea were such lovely hosts. We stumbled across this place trying to find a last minute stay, and we ended up going back for another night a few days later and had a bbq with them and a lovely view!"

"Wonderful friendly staff - Marie-Helene and the rest of the staff made us feel totally at home. Delicious freshly cooked food. Super calm and peaceful in beautiful surroundings - a tonic after Dakar and Saint Louis. Relatively accessible for Saloum Delta which we loved. Great air conditioning. Lovely swimming pool"

Water pressure was low at certain times - pipe being repaired, so perhaps temporary. You'll need a car to get around (we got a taxi for 10.000 - 15.000 CFA each way to Ndangane.)

"Staff went above and beyond to make our stay for my birthday a wonderful experience. Hotel was in the perfect location for ease of access to the train station and the town itself. Amenities were clean and room was spacious."

Overall the decor and energy of the hotel felt a bit dated but not a massive complaint that would stop me from booking again in the future as there was more positives to outweigh the aesthetic.

Podrien millorar les instalacions fora de l’habitació. Espais comuns en obres, zona del restaurant molt cutre.

"This place is magical. It is suited in the beautiful nature, when you wake up in the morning you only hear the birds singing. But the same time you are the city center in a few muinutes. I love the community style. You are allowed to use the drinks and snackbar anytime and on the base of trust you pay at the check out. I arrived from germany, and without any more costs, a late check in was possible. The owners were very nice and helped out with any questions. I definitly comming back and I warmly recommend this place!! ;-) Thank you."

Cold water shower (was fine for body but just cold for washing hair!), the vents in wall allowed a lot of smoke in which made me quite coughy but wasn’t a big issue

A little hard to find.

"El tracte amable de la propietària. L'entorn rural de la casa. Els llits eren molt còmodes. L'espai comú era molt confortable."

Degut al temps meteorològic, l'apartament i l'aigua no eren prou calents. A la cuina, es va acabar el paper de cuina de seguida. Les tovalloles no eren de gaire bona qualitat. Les carreteres per accedir-hi era molt estretes. Queda molt allunyat del poble.
