Each room had functioning air-con (which was a life saver) as well as the main lounge area. All the facilities were well maintained. The highlight was the bathroom. "L’emplacement idéal entre la Baie Orientale et Grand-Case, l’îlot Pinel en face et tout cela dans une résidence fermée et sécurisée. L’appartement est idéal pour un couple ou une personne seule. Tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin est à disposition."

Le seul petit hic, c’est le manque de pression d’eau pour la douche, du coup on y reste plus longtemps dessous…

"Very nice place for family or group of friends. Very clean and enough room for everyone (no dead bugs inside the house :D) Very peaceful place, only birds singing. Nearby river was the most entertaining part for teenagers. Bottom of the river was bit rocky, but we used shoes for swimming. Would definitely recommend this place for everyone. See you next year!"

Everything was super! Access a bit difficult

"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

The location, the cottage, bedrooms, washroom, kitchen, dinning area, private BBQ, deck, and private chairs by the water front! 1 min walk to Tim Hortons and Gas Station, 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to Foodland. Samantha was very friendly. Stephen didn't say hi to us but that's okay. We will stay at this property again!"

some black mold flying out of the AC unit but I still give this place a 10.
