"Nice big clean room, double window to balcony which kept any noise out of the room. I have many friends in the area so the location was very good for us. Staff very helpful."
"Housekeeping was very good but on one occasion forgot to put clean towels in the room, when we came back in the evening we found they hadn't replaced them we phone the reception and was informed that there was no housekeeping on the premises and could we wait until the morning as there was nothing they could do, I said this was unacceptable and could I speak to the duty manager. With no further communication the towels were brought to my room. I must add the housekeeping was very good done a very good job, except that once in forgetting to replace the towels Had it not been for the response of the reception I wouldn’t of put this comment here."
"The room is in very good condition. They take care of every little detail. Much space and nicely decorated. We felt immediately at home. Centrally located and yet quiet. Every local knows the hotel. Several good restaurants nearby."
