"Located in the downtown area, a bit run down after years of economic turmoil and neglect but slowly coming back to life. A mostly empty mall nearby and not much else. I would stay in Hamra district next time."

"The hotel is a five star hotel by all means located in a great area where everything is minutes away…so arriving in my early hours the hotel staff were kind enough to accommodate me to check in early and in addition to that were super amazing to upgrade me for my short stay with them. In addition to the staff being always on call and very respectful the room was spot on clean and spacious."

"Given the situation in the country, this hotel does the best to help you during your stay.The staff is perfectly at your disposal and do their best and they are friendly also. It was clean , size of room and location was very pleasant and comfortable .Check-in was quick....i feel like home...i would return and recommend it ...."
