Maggie in particular was super, offering restaurant suggestions, things to do, advice etc; I felt she was available for any questions and solve any issue; not that there were any issues, but just knowing she was responsive just in case gives guests a sense of security and comfort. Room was impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable, with good sustainability options."

"Not a deal-breaker, but the choice of rooms was either at an internal entrance to a courtyard which mean if the curtains were open it meant anyone coming and going could see in the room, or the other option being on the road which had noise."

"The online support pre trip was fantastic. Location was prefect as there were lots of restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away."

"We were strangers on a first time trip to Beirut, and Maggie from 'More Than a Bed' really made the difference for us. Not only did she make us feel welcome she gave us some really great local advice on where to go and what to do. She was on call if we got stuck and always took our calls. No 1 reason to stay at Zita.... Maggie and More Than a Bed... who really deliver on their name!"

"The place needs some deep cleaning and better cleaning products, lots of stains, it very nice space but not well maintained in terms of cleaning. I didn't get the check-in instruction until I asked, although they responded fast when I reached out to them."

"Amazing location, walking distance to downtown. Super modern-brand new-clean building and facilities. They have 24hour concierge, I was told there’s gym too (didn’t visit). Amenities provided too. Easy check in, check out. Super recommended."
