"Everything was great. Just bear in mind it’s a halal hotel - meaning there’s no bar, that came as a bit of a surprise. Also the hotel is located in a new city centre that’s still being developed, meaning all buzz and fuzz is a good ride away, esp during rush hours. Sun terrace was shut during the day as well. For one night was great, for longer stay we picked a hotel in more lively area - that proved to be a right choice."
"Lack of a bar, functional sun terrace and shops at the hotel. Also, despite the staff is super friendly - the cafe‘s personnel some speak only Kazakh. WiFi was weak and intermittent."

"Прекрасный отель. Отличные завтраки, вкусные, разнообразные. Приветливый и радушный персонал. Сделали комплимент в виде раннего заселения и позднего выезда. Спасибо большое. С удовольствием попарились и поплавали в бассейне. В номерах чисто и уютно с удовольствием провели в нем два дня."
