Inn OZZ

"Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Nice and clean. VERY good breakfast. Some of the personel were outstanding. One of the receptionists were a bit grumpy and dismissive. But the younger one was outstanding in her service and hospitality."

"The water in my bathroom was faulty, and the before mentioned grumpy receptionist was not very accomodating in fixing the problem. But in the end she put me in another room. Spent too long before she admitted there was a problem at all."

"Super nice hotel with a clear identity and interior designs as well. Would have loved to enjoy my room more"

"It is good place to stay, comfortable, spacious. Breakfast was fine as well."

"Strange glass doors, so it is always some light in the room."

"Very friendly staff, keen to help with transportation around the city and between the cities. They went above and beyond accommodating me at the property since I moved in very early in the morning. The lux room was very good and suitable for relaxing, and entertainment after a long and busy day. The breakfast and dining selection was delicious, just like home!"

"As I am somehow sensitive to smells, the bedding smelled of alcohol slightly, I would not be surprised if after people spill their drinks that could be hard to be removed. The washlet to my tiny disappointment did not work but I could not be bothered to ask the staff about that."

"the staff went above and beyond to communicate with us even though we didn’t understand any Russian. we felt really welcome."

"Нам всё очень понравилось. Мы проживале в номере бунгало с сауной, это был полный восторг. Классная сауна, чистота, в номере есть всё необходимое. Персонал очень приветливый, и с радостью помог сделать нам ранний заезд. От проживания остались только положительные впечатления. Большое спасибо, вернёмся ещё!"
