"Happy House was an incredible apartment-hotel to rent. My small apartment-room was incredibly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and the layout was great. The people working at Happy House were friendly, available, and lovely. There was a small and economic kitchen, the hot water was great, the bed and sofa comfortable, with a small table to work at and a little balcony. The location is perfect, in the heart of Karaganda, close to shops, the museum, and the main street. I would recommend anyone to stay here, and as a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and taken care of. The building is quiet, even though it's off the main street, and it's close to great cafes, coffee shops, the park, transit. Thank you so much!"

"Мне понравилось, что апартаменты находятся в центре города и все крупные ТРЦ в шаговой доступности. Данные апартаменты оказались лучше, чем гостиницы. Спасибо большое за приятный и комфортный отдых. Есть одно пожелание, поставьте в апартаменты фильтр для воды или чайник-фильтр, а то приходится бегать за 5л. бутылками.)"

Mansur took me on a historical tour of the city. I could visit places that are inaccessible by public transport. I'm really thankful to him. I also learnt a lot about the various cultures in Kazakhstan through them."
