"It’s a very small hostel, but very nice people and you have everything you need. The lady didn’t speak English, but she was very patient and nice to show me everything. Good value for money."

The hostel itself was excellent, but I particularly appreciated two things: the bedside power strips didn't require a converter, and the spacious common living area. I also want to commend the woman who cleaned the common living area the next morning; she was very attentive and beautiful."

"On the afternoon of my check-in day, I paid for the next day's stay on site. However, when I returned the next night, I discovered my bed had been taken elsewhere. The young man on duty that day had assumed I hadn't extended my stay. What a misstep."

"Good place for budget travellers, just that the bathroom is not spacious. Rest all good, wonderful location. Very neat and clean. And yaa, it's inside the premise of apartment buildings, can be a bit difficult to locate, had a hard time with google map."

"This is a really good hostel in the old part of Astana and is close to the attractions. The rooms are spacious and cleaned often, and the beds are well-maintained. Kitchen area is well-equipped. They provide lockers to store valuables. They have USB-A and USB-C power outlets for each bed in addition to a proper power outlet which I found awesome."

"One of the entry to the property requires a code which is unknown to the guest before checking in. I had to rely on a kind stranger to let me in. The staff is not present for a good amount of time."
