"I'm looking for a place with elevator. But when I got there (late at night), there was stairs before I could reach the elevator. If only they told me that there was no stairs if I enter from the back of the building. I found about this the next morning. The kitchen is on the 5th floor. Free tea and coffee. You can see the Cheonggyecheon Stream from the kitchen's window."

"There's no convenience store near the hotel that sells vegetables."

"The house is located in a side-street, but the metro and the bus stops are just a minute away. The room was adequate, perfect for a short stay.The beds are comfy, and you can ask for a cleaning, if you need it. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Отличное месторасположение, в минуте ходьбы метро, остановки в 4 минутах, очень удобно) 20 минут до мендона пешком) Дворцы, дандемун Плаза, все в шаговой доступности) рядом много круглосуточных магазинов) Отличный напор в душе, кондиционер, в общем все удобства. Мы в номере только ночевали, но ночевали с комфортом) Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал)"

En libre service : serviettes (grandes pour le corps et petites pour les mains), brosse à dents souple, dentifrice. Gel douche et shampooing dans la cabine de douche. Fontaine à eau filtrée (eau chaude ou réfrigérée), café, thé, ustensiles en libre service dans la cuisine La climatisation, télévision et wifi fonctionnaient Literie correcte"

"Problème d'insonorisation : notre chambre était collée à la cuisine et l'accueil, du coup on entendait toutes les discussions, les passages etc La fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas (factice) Le frigo ne fonctionne pas La machine à laver est uniquement utilisable le soir après 17h-18h (pas pu utiliser du coup) Le ménage n'est pas fait (la poubelle est juste vidée)"
