"Els desdijuni estava molt bé (millor l'opció de mejar coreà que la de menjar "occidental" que es limitava a pa o cereals) i les habitacions eren cómodes. Tenien productes de neteja personal a l'abast i disponibilitat de rentadora per un mòdic preu. El personal era simpàtic."
"Era difícil comunicar amb el personal, tot i saber anglès i coreà perque no deixaven les coses clares i em va costar poder pagar, perque només és possible per transferencia bancaria. Em sembla que eren massa entromessos amb algunes preguntes, però pot ser és cosa de les diferencies culturals. A més, no s'havien organitzat bé per distribuir les habitacions, i m'assignaren una que no havia demanat."

"It was a very nice, and clean, twin bedroom, with a nice hot shower. The location was good, very near to the Penguin village, market and some other main sightseeing. It was good that breakfast was included. There is a fridge upstairs for guests to use, which we found handy."
"Mostly fine, but would have liked a bit more for the vegetarian breakfast. It is worthwhile advising in advance if you are vegetarian or vegan."
"Located very close to penguin village, in a nice quiet neighborhood, about a 15m walk from the ACC. Rooms are small and the shower situation is a bit, well Korean, but it’s fine given the price. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was pretty quiet when we were there, maybe two other couples or so, so quiet at night. Ariene was very kind and responsive. As others have noted the checkin screen is unusable if you don’t speak Korean but we had no issue checking in manually."
