"The property is incredibly well located, very close to Hongik University subway station, and several bus stations. It's right in the center of Hongdae and allows you to walk everywhere in that area. The property is clean, cozy, and the single room with a private bathroom was spacious and allowed for great comfort. Bigger than all the other rooms I've stayed at in my trips to Korea. The wet bathroom had amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, and towels. The bed was comfortable, and the room was warm. It had everything I needed for a 5-night stay. I did not use the kitchen or enjoy the free breakfast, so I can't say anything about it, but you can purchase cheap bottled water there by leaving the money in a jar. The surrounding area is safe, and I'd recommend this place for female solo travelers. I will absolutely be staying here again."

"The self-check-in experience was okay, as the host sent a video explaining the entire process; however, all the keys to the rooms are accessible to all the other guests before you check in, which might raise some security issues. The fact that the office closes early is also bothersome to pay, as I had to come back early from a day out to be able to pay. This would be solved if the property could accept payment in advance. There's also absolutely no care for how noisy the other guests are. When I stayed, there was a group of men who would make a lot of noise throughout the day until late at night, which was not pleasant. Accessibility wise, the entrance is up some stairs, and I didn't see any ramp that would allow for a reduced-mobility guest to use."

"I really like the location of the accommodation as it is in a quiet area yet next to the Hongdae street. There are also many stores, cafes, and convenience stores around as well as a bus station and a subway station. I also appreciate that there was a washing machine and a dryer (used for an extra charge) along with the small kitchen and the necessary items for breakfast provided. I would definitely come back there. The staff is also responsive to messages."
