"Loved this place. We stayed 2 nights. The room was reasonable size with a balcony looking towards the mountains. It was not flash ( bench and hanging space made of raw concrete ) but it was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cold and the shower hot. There was a fridge. Room to hang things up. It is situated really close to the river and easy to walk to town. The owner was friendly and remembered our named and offered to organise tours and things for us. There is a bar and sky roof ( we did not use either but they are there ). Really could not fault this place and if I return to Kampot would stay here again."

"A peaceful haven on the city's outskirts - approximately 16 minutes by tuk tuk. Lush, green gardens provide privacy between traditional Khmer huts. The huts were fairly basic inside - a king-size bed (which was very comfy and with mosquito net), small side tables, and a larger table for your suitcase. The front porches have bamboo chairs and a hammock! Everything, including the furniture, was handmade by the household's father - this being a family-run business. I especially liked the traditional Khmer washing urn. There's no hot water, but the cold bucket shower was extremely refreshing. Cannot finish off without mentioning the home-cooked food, which was delicious!"

"I truly loved every bit of my stay here. The place is peaceful and relaxed, tucked away from the crowded center along a quiet road surrounded by ponds and the sound (screams...) of frogs. The host family is warm and welcoming, and Rathanak is a wonderful host. He was very helpful in many ways, from arranging a motorbike rental to recommending great local restaurants, and he was like my personal Virgil, answering all my questions and curiosities about the local culture. My room was spacious and comfy, decorated with a cute personal touch. Breakfast was freshly made every morning by his wife. If I ever return to Siem Reap, I would low-key stay here again!"

"Fantastic, super fancy hotel. Spotless clean room and bathroom, lots of space plus a balcony. Comfortable and enormous bed. Delicious breakfast, with almost too many choices. The pool is also good, though for the swimmers you need to take into account that while it is 25m long with 8 lanes, on one end it is super shallow, like 30cm, so laps not possible. The hotel is located slightly outside of the centre but it gives you the benefit of peace and quiet for the small price of a tuktuk to take you to shops and restaurants. The price for the quality of the hotel is really good. Definitely recommended."
