"The Owners are so nice, the food is affordable and soo yum. Room has everything you need and is cleaned regularly. Away from the hustle and bustle. Great for those who don't care about begin in the touristy part, Its around a 25 minute tuk tuk to the lake area."

"Room is clean & spacious, staffs and owners are really nice & helpful, laundry services available for USD$1/KG, it's near enough to the airport but just far enough that it's quiet, and drinking water is provided. The bed is pretty comfortable, and it's nice to have a fridge in the room. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Phnom Penh."

"After some correspondence nitial difficulty in getting the correct location/address, things worked out and checking was easy enough. The location was great only a short walk to Aeon mall, short ride to the night markets and river aide. Walking distance to awesome Bassac Lane. The owner Lily is absolutely lovely and happy to assist with what you need to be comfortable. Only downside was the mattress albeit comfortable was uneven and felt lumpy, but comfortable enough I could still get a good night's sleep. All in all I would recommend Lily's House to any travellers going to Phnom Penh."
