"Their owner is a open minded and responsible man with good English standard. Staffs are young and friendly. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with balcony. Their breakfast was awesome. We did encountered difficulties to access wifi in room but they provided solution swiftly. This is what I really care. I do not need a perfect robot, but I enjoy services by good people."

"Transportation from town may be difficult in the nights. I do not recommend you to go to town from hotel at night. However, this is actually due to the road visibility and rainy weather, not the resort’s fault. Keeping far distance from town is actually giving more convenience to sighting locations such as the bat cave and killing cave temple. For family travellers, the distance is a good reason for you not to sneak out for nightlife. :)"

"Für zwei Personen war angeblich nur ein Frühstück dabei, man sollte das zweite dazu kaufen. Sehr viele Insekten, auch im Zimmer"

"It is located on the best part of a stunning beach, staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a beach villa which was lovely. Breakfast is from a menu so all cooked fresh - and very nice, with a beach bar for sundowners. Free kayak and SUP were also great. Thank you."

"This is a perfectly formed small hotel and a calm haven in the chaos of the city. The rooms are small but the big windows and small balcony with lots of green plants all around made it feel spacious. Everything that I needed to make my stay pleasurable and comfortable was provided. The staff were gracious and very helpful. The hotel is in a good location in an area with interesting shops and eateries and walking distance from a few 'sights'. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city."

"We booked Sumeru on short notice due to a change of plan. From the beginninng the communication with Nico was very good. Bus tickets, Pick up Service from the bus ( because it is a bit outside of Sen Monorom). Nico organized it. On arrival we were warmly welcomed. On new years eve Nico and his wife made a barbecue for all guests together with the family- this was lovely. They offer breakfast and a homecooked tasty evening meal with vegetables from their garden. No need to go into town to eat! There is a pool, wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. It really looks like tuscany. There are lots of tours available in the area, but for us it was the perfect place to come down and relax. We can highly recommend Sumeru."
